3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Project Changes
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Changes may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. We will provide written change orders for any modifications before proceeding with additional work.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of service provided. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear beyond the specified period.
7. Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work site and ensure that the area is free from obstacles. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and protecting any valuable items near the work area. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or items not disclosed prior to work beginning.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled. Cancellation fees will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel services if site conditions become unsafe or if payment terms are not met.
9. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Florida law. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.
10. Weather and Delays
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible and work to complete your project as quickly as conditions allow.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Florida state law. You agree that any legal proceedings will take place in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
